Accommodation terms at Casa da Abrunheira
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am;
Late check-out until 2:00 pm requires the payment of a service fee;
During the period between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, any noise should be kept to a minimum;
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or other interior spaces;
The entire property is off-limits to violent, intoxicated or otherwise altered customers who disturb other guests;
Pets are not allowed;
The celebration of any type of party without authorization is not allowed;
The rooms are for up to two guests;
The common areas are reserved for guests, except if there is an event scheduled, announced and authorized by Casa da Abrunheira, and must be kept tidy and clean;
Furniture and other equipment in rooms and common areas may not be moved without prior authorization;
Other services such as laundry, breakfast, bicycle rental and tours are available for a fee;
These services can be scheduled on our website; in case of change, cancellation or return, you must contact us and explain the reason for the change, cancellation or return in case the scheduled time for that service is already running;
Events such as tours, shared meals or gatherings may be announced at any time, under conditions to be disclosed on a case-by-case basis.
Booking and cancellation terms
During the booking, you can choose a Flexible Rate, refundable, associated with a booking that can be cancelled up to the day before the Check-In, or a Non-refundable Rate, promotional, but which does not allow refund in case of cancellation;
All rates shown include VAT at the legal rate in force and other applicable taxes and fees.
Any fees are refundable in the event that the service cannot be provided due to force majeure or in the event of a serious fault.
Force majeure is understood to be the decree of a State of Emergency or lockdowns or the occurrence of natural disasters that prevent the transportation of guests to the accommodation, such as storms or earthquakes; a serious failure is understood to be a lack of water or electricity in the accommodation, in a generalized manner and for a period of more than four hours, or a technical malfunction that prevents, in a timely manner, the act of check-in and access to the accommodation.
