Accommodation conditions

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am;

Late check-out until 2:00 pm implies the payment of a service fee;

During the period between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am any noise must be kept to a minimum;

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or other indoor spaces;

The entire property is off limits to violent, drunk or otherwise disturbed guests who disturb other guests;

Accommodation of pets is not permitted;

The celebration of any type of parties without authorization is not permitted;

The rooms are for up to two guests;

The common areas are reserved for guests, except if there is an event scheduled, publicized and authorized by Casa da Abrunheira;

Furniture and other equipment in rooms and common areas cannot be moved without prior authorization;

Other services such as laundry, breakfast, bicycle rental and tours are available for a fee;

Events such as outings, shared meals or gatherings may be advertised at any time, under conditions to be announced on a case-by-case basis.
